Jenny&Co deals with the development of prototype bags, giving shape to the customer’s ideas.
The design and prototyping phase is the fulcrum of the entire article production process: the specialized technicians collect the customer’s instructions and, combining them with the valuable knowledge acquired over years of activity in the sector, make it an ad hoc project. The model is developed by computer with the use of CAD software and is subsequently perfected to an aesthetic level and structurally optimized. In this way, we obtain a realistic rendering, a real practical interpretation of the concept expressed by the customer, enhancing it where possible but without in any way distorting it or reinterpreting it.
Design and prototyping of handmade bags
Jenny&Co is synonymous with craftsmanship and innovation in the production of leather bags: the quality and uniqueness of a product created by the skilled hands of professionals, combined with the use of increasingly advanced technologies.
The design, made with CAD technologies, is the basis for sampling
The development of paper patterns and bag prototypes, in canvas, takes place with special machinery for prototyping, capable of making the customer’s project idea concrete by showing the possible final result precisely in order to evaluate its style and structure. Once the necessary modifications have been made and the sample approved, Jenny&Co proceeds with the actual production in the agreed quantities and times. The company is able to respond to individual requests but also to cover projects in large quantities generally destined for the world of luxury fashion.
The transition from design to prototype on cardboard is very important. This phase, since the final product must not depart from the stylist’s idea, requires skilled and expert hands. The next step is the creation of the first prototype, usually made with special materials. Therefore, all the details are studied and any changes made.
